Shop Etiquette & Policies 1) All extension services require a deposit at the time of booking. 2) If you need to reschedule, you must do so within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment 3) All repair jobs require a consultation before scheduling the appointment 4) You may be subject to a small wait time prior to &/or during your appointment. 5) Stylist may ask to take a picture of creative or unique styles to promote quality. 6) All deposits made for services are nonrefundable. 7) For per hour appointments, every 15 minutes over the hour is an additional $13.75.
